    Sessions begin by vetting your issue via intake form. Once booked , you'll get an invite to connect with our expert remotely by phone/video. For deeper needs, we use encrypted remote access tools.

    Absolutely. we exclusively use encrypted, secure access tools for all remote connections
  • What if you can’t solve it remotely?
    If there's a problem that can't be fixed remotely, we can connect you with one of our trusted local smart home partners to help in person
  • What devices do you support?
    Control4, URC, Elan, Sonos, Nest, Ring, Apple HomeKit, SmartThings, Josh AI, Araknis, IoT devices, and much more.
  • What payments methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Paypal
  • How soon can I book?
    Time slots are normally available within 24 hours, with rush or weekend priority
